Dale Buchanan and Associates has hired attorney Luke H. Neder.  The firm, which specializes in social security disability matters, recruited Mr. Neder to develop a personal injury and workers’ compensation practice. 

Mr. Neder has experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury actions in a variety of contexts.  He has represented insurance companies and defended insured parties, giving him unique insight into how the insurance process works, said officials.  He has experience in jury and bench trials and appears in state and federal court.   

Mr. Neder is a Chattanooga native with ties to the Chattanooga area and bar.  He graduated from Chattanooga Christian High School then attended Flagler College, where he graduated summa cum laude and valedictorian of his class.  He graduated magna cum laude from The University of Mississippi School of Law.  While attending law school, he served as an editor of the prestigious Journal of Space Law, the world’s oldest legal journal dedicated to the topic.  

Mr. Neder is active in his community.  He is a former Sergeant-at-Arms of the Downtown Sertoma Club of Chattanooga and currently serves as a board member for the Folk School of Chattanooga, a non-profit organization.
