Charles Louis Knapp, 72, of Soddy Daisy, died on Monday, November 23, 2015.
He was the loving husband of 32 years to Carol Joyce; surviving brother, Larry (Anna) Knapp; loving father to Charles “Charlie” and Thomas Knapp; Pops to step-children, Vernon (Brenda) Charles, Earl (Tina) Charles, Jessie (Mike) Baker, Cheryl (George) Kuchek; grandfather of 14 and great-grandfather of 10; uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 28, at 3 p.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with Monsignor Al Humbrecht officiating. Visitation is on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will be Monday, Nov. 30, at 9:30 a.m. at the National Cemetery.
