A detour is planned for the Ooltewah Ringgold Road (SR 321) at Standifer Gap Road roundabout construction beginning on Oct. 17, and scheduled for completion on Dec. 31.
In order to safely construct the roundabout, the west side of Standifer Gap Road, (eastbound approach), will be closed to thru traffic, and detour signs will be posted.
Ooltewah Ringgold Road (SR 321) will remain open (north and southbound thru traffic.)
Motorists are reminded of the reduced speed limit thru the construction zone, and to allow for extra travel time.
