CAHA Presentation on Local Archaeology is February 9

The Chattanooga Area Historical Association and the Local History Department of the Public Library invites the public to a talk by Lawrence Alexander.  The free event will be on Monday, February 9 at 6:00pm at the downtown Chattanooga Public Library at 1001 Broad Street.

Mr. Alexander is a noted archaeologist and specializes in Southeastern cultural resource management. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his M.A.

degree from the University of Alabama.

Mr. Alexander has spent countless hours on Moccasin Bend and will share his discoveries of Native American and Civil War era  treasures.
