Police arrested two suspects after a Sunday burglary of a Hixson Pike pharmacy resulted in over $1,000 of medication being stolen.
After the store's alarm went off, police arrived at the scene, where they observed glass breakage.
An eyewitness said he saw a man run from the business into a gold Oldsmobile sedan. He said the vehicle then fled down Azalean Drive.
Police discovered a vehicle parked in the drive of a home on Arkwright Street with the engine still warm.
Police made contact with two men inside the residence, identified as Stephen Chastain and Travis Lee.
After obtaining consent to search the residence, 37 medicine bottles were found with the medicine still inside.
Gloves, an orange bandana and a toboggan were also found at the residence. These items matched those on the security footage at the store.
While Lee said the car was his, he blamed Chastain for everything else. Chastain, however, said Lee had driven him to the pharmacy and that all the items used in the burglary belonged to Lee.
Both men were charged with burglary and theft over $1,000.
