Richard Eric "Rick" Coulter, 49 of Chickamauga died on Wednesday, August 20, 2014.
Survivors include his daughter, Tabatha Coulter, son, Dustin Coulter, both of Chattanooga, fiancée, Brenda Arbajian of Chickamauga, father, Willy Coulter of Fort Oglethorpe, mother, Pat Coulter of Arkansas, brother, Rodney Coulter of Fort Oglethorpe, grandsons, Landon and Kingston Coulter, niece, Paige and nephew, Josh.
Family will receive friends from 1-8 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 24, at the funeral home in Fort Oglethorpe.
Arrangements are by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home-Fort Oglethorpe.
