Luther-Anderson Adds New Associate Attorney

Luther-Anderson, PLLP announces Attorney Terri L. Daugherty has joined their Chattanooga office.

Ms. Daugherty graduated from Cleveland High School, Berea College (B.A.), and  graduated with her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.  As a law student, she was an executive member of the Public Interest Law Society.

Prior to joining Luther-Anderson, PLLP, Ms. Daugherty practiced at a firm specializing in criminal defense.  She also brings experience prosecuting criminal cases and handling property disputes, tort liability, and estate planning matters.

Daugherty is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Georgia, and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Association.  She enjoys being active in the community by volunteering with mentoring programs and participating in Habitat for Humanity’s Bike to Build.   She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Southern Appalachian Back Country Horsemen.
