Philip Lamar Nale, 49, of Dunlap, TN, died Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at his home after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Survivors include his mother, Margaret Ann O'neal and step-dad, Noal B. O'neal; sister, Paula Annette Rickets; brother, Robert Lee Nale Jr.; girlfriend, Debra L. Brock; sons, Philip Lamar NaleJr. and Adam Lee Nale; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Ewton Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
