Howard Virlyn Ledford, 81, of Cleveland, TN, died on Saturday, July 19, 2014.
He was born on May 6, 1933. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was very active in tending to his honey bees. He enjoyed coon and deer hunting along with fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Lee and Alma Ledford; and siblings, Alvin Ledford and Doris Hennesse.
He is survived by his children, Sandra Ledford of Rossville and Deborah Lemons of Cleveland; and siblings, Donald Ledford of Delano, TN and Barbara Boerema of Douglasville, GA.
The will be no formal visitation or services he will be interred in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
