Bail Denied For 15-Year-Old Charged In Triple Murders In Lookout Valley

A 15-year-old facing three counts of murder was denied bail during a brief hearing at Hamilton County Juvenile Court on Tuesday.

The state has asked that the teen be transferred to adult court, and a transfer hearing is expected to be held later.

Derek Morse, 19, was charged earlier in the slaying of three men near an RV on Kelly's Ferry Road in Lookout Valley.

The 15-year-old is represented by attorney Marty Levitt.

The victims were John F. Lang, 53; Caleb N. Boozer, 29, and Jon E. Morris, 24.
