Now we need a "De-Annexation" bill to give a fair voice to those victims of Chattanooga and Collegedale's insane land grabs.
Chattanooga is still fleecing annexed areas for services Chattanooga can't provide.
Collegedale has simply expanded its police's fee-grabbing area. The have nothing to offer the farmers they've annexed. If you ever need a Collegedale policeman, go the Burger King in Ooltewah. Chances are you'll find one of Collegedale's finest waiting for grandma to run a caution light.
(No, I have never gotten a ticket from them. I just observe in disgust when I go thru.)
