City Councilman Chris Anderson is taking a post with the public art group, Mark Making.
He will be development and marketing director.
Councilman Anderson has worked for a number of years as food and beverage director for the Bluff View Art District.
He said, "I am closing out a few projects at Bluff View part time through the middle of May. At that point, I will be full time with Mark Making. Right now, I'm splitting my time between the two.
"Mark Making does not receive any funds from the city of Chattanooga."
