Betty Lynn
Betty Jane Lynn, 85, of East Ridge, Tennessee, died on Monday, March 10, 2014 at her home.
She was a member of Calvary Independent Baptist Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir and her Sunday School Class. She served as a volunteer office assistant for the Calvary Christian School.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Lynn and her parents, Charles and Dorothy Schmidt.
Survivors include her children, Charles (Susan) Lynn and Cathy (Daniel) Creed, grandchildren, Chris, Melody, Melissa, John, Joanna, Justin, Tiffany, Todd and David and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 12, at 1 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with the Reverend Ron Peterson officiating. Entombment will follow at the Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 12 p.m. until the funeral hour in the funeral home.
Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
