The city's Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board on Friday approved tax abatement for a student housing project near UTC.
UTC Five, LLC plans to construct two four-story buildings at 500 Lindsay St.
There will be 16 efficiencies, 24 one-bedroom, and 24 two-bedroom units.
The PILOT is for 10 years with a four-year phase-in period (20 percent each).
