Judy Lehman
Judy Gordy Lehman, 66, of Ten Mile, Tennessee, died on Monday, November 24, 2014.
She was born in Chickamauga, and lived in the North Georgia area for most of her life, but had been a resident of Ten Mile for the last 26 years. She was of the Christian faith and loved singing and now she's in Heaven singing with the Angels. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter B. Gordy and Pearl Edna WhittenGordy and granddaughter, Erica Kayelynne.
Survivors include her husband, Christian A. Lehman, III of Ten Mile; children and spouses, Lora and (Chris) Goodnight of Rossville, Angie and (Scott) Hampton of Sweetwater, and Michelle Lehman of Hixson; two sisters and brother-in-law, June Gordy of Winter Haven, Fl., and Beverly and (Danny) Heming of Flintstone; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; sister at heart, Libby Dickson and children at heart, Tina and Eric Keel.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 29, in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel. Burial will be private.
The family will receive friends from noon until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
