Elmer Orlando Segovia Rodriguez, 39, of Chattanooga, died on Monday, October 20, 2014.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah; daughter, Frankie; sons, Kevin, Christian and Gabriel; sister and her husband, Maria and Rafael; and brothers, Samuel, Osmin and Fredi.
The family will receive friends 1-3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24, at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace, 877-3524.
