Jacob Allison, of Rising Fawn, who played a part in the Lookout Valley triple murder, was arrested Monday morning in Dade County.

He was the driver of a suspicious vehicle reported on Meeks Road.

After a traffic stop was attempted, Allison fled from the officer and a pursuit ensued. The pursuit ended in Trenton. Allison and three others in the vehicle were taken into custody.

A stolen 4-wheeler was located where the vehicle was initially seen. Allison's vehicle is also believed to have been stolen from Ringgold.

The investigation into the stolen items is still ongoing and more charges are pending into the case.

Allison is charged with possession of marijuana, improper registration, failure to use turn signal, too fast for conditions, reckless driving, fleeing/attempting to elude, failure to maintain, lane/improper lane change, failure to obey stop sign, and seat belts required.

Allison was sentenced to GPS monitoring in the triple shooting and released with GPS monitoring last Oct. 9.

A violation was filed just 10 days later. He was picked up on Oct. 30 and also faced a new charge of assault.

Allison eventually conceded his violation on the triple murder case and was shipped to prison on March 19. He has already been released from prison.

Since then he has been arrested twice in Hamilton County as well as the Dade County case.
