Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office detectives are announcing that an arrest has been made in connection with the Aug. 12 murder of Roger Kelly, which occurred at his residence on Hotwater Road, Soddy Daisy.
On Wednesday, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Tracy Lee Bowman, 46, was taken into custody in Bradley County, without incident by Hamilton County Sheriff's Office detectives. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail where he was booked on charges of criminal homicide and especially aggravated robbery.
