Jeffrey Randall Harris
Chattanooga Police traffic investigators are requesting assistance from the public in locating any possible witnesses to a fatal hit-and-run pedestrian crash that occurred on Highway 153 last month. The crash claimed the life of 51-year-old Jeffrey Randall Harris.
It was reported to police that Mr. Harris was last seen around
midnight on Thursday, July 26.
His body was discovered at approximately
2:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 28, 2018 in the 300 block area of southbound Highway 153.
