A man told police that after he paid a woman for sex, she and her male companion turned around and robbed him.
The incident happened on Saturday at a residence on Clio Avenue.
Juanita Barker, 46, of 3201 6th Ave., and Adam Kilgore were charged with robbery.
The man said he was sitting on his porch when a white male and white female approached. The couple asked for a place to stay the night.
The resident said after the purchased sex that he told the couple they could spend the night on a couch on his porch.
He said when he went out to check on them the man began hitting him. He said they took some tools along with his wallet.
Police located the suspects, who denied ever having been around the man.
However, they said he was drunk. Police said that was true.
The man's wallet was located with the couple.
