Krispy Kreme On Brainerd Road Sold For Almost $5 Million

The Krispy Kreme donut store in Brainerd has sold for almost $5 million.

The sale was to Broadstone Kkd Portfolio Llc from Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corp  for $4,953,600.

The location at 5609 Brainerd Road was closed for two months in 2014 for a major renovation.

The retail area was enlarged and a new donut line was added so that the "hot" sign can be on 24/7.
