After Brief Warmup, Chattanooga May Get Light Snow This Weekend

After a brief warmup, Chattanooga could be in for some light snow this weekend.

The high is expected to reach almost 60 on Friday before cooling off quickly.

Light snow is expected to reach Chattanooga late Friday night or early Saturday.

Showers likely, mainly after 8pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 53. Southeast wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 2pm. Temperature rising to near 58 by 9am, then falling to around 41 during the remainder of the day.
