Andrey Viktorovic Tkachenko, 31, Found Dead In A Van In East Ridge

East Ridge Police are investigating the death of a male discovered inside a vehicle at 3984 Ringgold Road.

Fire Department personnel responded to the address after being notified by a citizen of a person slumped over in a van. The Hamilton County Medical examiner responded and pronounced the person dead on arrival.

Police have identified the person as Andrey Viktorovic Tkachenko, 31, of 2836 Fern Leaf Lane.

The preliminary investigation revealed that the victim has an established history of prescription drug usage/abuse.  The cause of death in this particular case is pending further investigation.
