Madie Maybelle Cofer, 96, a resident of Georgetown, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017.

She was a faithful member of the Revival Church of God of Apison.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Winslow and Lillis Scroggins; husband, Esker Cofer; her brother, Bernest Scroggins; and her sons, James Cofer and Ronald Cofer. 

She leaves behind to cherish her memory daughters, Evelyn Earls and Phyllis Lawhorn; grandchildren, Kathy Earls, Tim Strickland, and Jason Strickland; great-grandchildren, Gavin Strickland; as well as extended family and friends.

Madie was laid to rest on Monday, July 17, in the Cofer Cemetery.
