Palmer Lee Boring, 93, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at a local health care facility.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Worth Boring and Cordie Freeman Boring; and seven siblings, Marlene Waddell, Carl K. Boring, Lamuel Boring, Oley Boring, Rose Carmichael and Onus Burke
He is survived by his niece and caregiver, Kathy Garner of Cleveland; and several other nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 28, from 10:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. at Grissom- Serenity Funeral Home.
A graveside service with full military honors will follow the visitation on Saturday, January 28 at 1 p.m. at Lee Cemetery in McDonald.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Grissom-Serenity Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
