The Chattanooga Fire Department was dispatched to a residential house fire at 1905 Summerbreeze Lane at 9:49 a.m.

Reports coming into Hamilton County 911 were advising that the house was burning down. Squad 19 from Hixson Station 19 arrived on the scene to a two-story house with smoke and flames coming from a basement utility garage at the rear of the house.

Chattanooga Fire Department Stations 16, 22, 6, also were on scene. Battalion Chief Chris Warren called for an additional fire engine from Station 10 due to the size of the structure.
