Funeral Arrangements Made For 2nd Victim Of Meigs County Crash

Funeral arrangements were announced for a second victim of a wreck in Meigs County last Friday that took four lives.

Paula Mae Stevens Denton, 61, of Dunlap, died in the three-vehicle accident along with her husband Christopher Sean Denton.

They were married Nov. 24, 2003. The obituary said, "Although they had no children of their own, they loved their family, friends, each other and the Lord.

Mrs Stevens was of Baptist faith."

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Edward And Pauline Warren Stevens; brother, Eddie Stevens; and sisters, Mary Ruth Skyles, Patricia Kirk, Deborah Lawrence and Carolyn Sisk. 

Survivors include her brother, Andy Stevens; sister, Betty Pettit; and several nieces and nephews.

Ewton Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
