Chattanooga Man, 29, Indicted On 3 Counts of Child Rape

A Chattanooga man has been indicted by the Hamilton County Grand Jury on three counts of child rape.

Kevin Lee Harden, 29, of 5495 Dayton Blvd. was also indicted for aggravated sexual battery.

The indictments say the child was between the ages of 3 and 13 and it happened between March 1 and June 1, 2014.
