Man, 25, Shot On Ocoee Street; Won't Provide Suspect Information

A 25-year-old Chattanooga man was shot on Ocoee Street in East Chattanooga on Thursday afternoon.

The injury to Prandell Haynes was not life-threatening.

Around 4: p.m., the Chattanooga Police Department responded to a report of a man suffering from a gunshot wound. 

Once on the scene police located a single victim suffering from a single gunshot wound to the hip.

The victim would not provide information concerning how or why he was shot. 

No suspect information was provided.
