Anthony Byrd
Anthony Byrd announced his candidacy for the Chattanooga City Council, District 8 seat.
He said, "As a native Chattanoogan, family man, property and business owner I am very passionate about the concerns, safety and economic status of District 8.
"I’ve made a personal commitment to hear my community, address our issues and bring awareness to the residents and business owner’s concerns. My mission is to provide District 8 with a unified voice while striving to improve its economic status, property values, and schools. I believe in the future of District 8 and making our district a safer place to live work and play is my ultimate goal.
"Addressing the issues and concerns of the largest district in Chattanooga area will be a great feat and I will need everyone’s help.
