Police have charged Marcel Deonte McKinney after employees of the Chattanoogan hotel said he was walking naked through the hallways.

McKinney, 25, of 1607 Read Ave., is charged with aggravated criminal trespass and indecent exposure.

In the incident on Sunday, when police arrived they were told that McKinney was last seen on the second floor. Employees said he had been told multiple times to leave, but he refused.

Security said "they continued receiving complaints from guests about a naked male."

After a thorough search of the building, police were advised that McKinney had just left. He was apprehended a short distance away.

Employees said McKinney had been advised on numerous occasions not to come back to the hotel, but he continued to do so.

Police said McKinney "has been dealt with numerous times for trespassing, indecent exposure and masturbation in public."

They said he was taken into custody this time "due to the fact the offenses were highly likely to continue either at the Chattanoogan, or many other hotels and businesses."
