Three 19-year-olds have been charged in a carjacking that happened Sunday on E. 33rd Street.

Derrian Hill, of 2125 E. 28th St.; Addison Herman Foster, of 3406 Clio Ave., and Akello Miller, of 1629 Waterhouse St., East Ridge, are charged with aggravated robbery.

An Hispanic man said he pulled into his driveway and was approached by two black males. One was armed with a silver revolver and demanded that he get out of his car and hand over his belongings. He gave them his keys, wallet with cash and cell phone.

The victim later identified Foster as the one with the gun. He said he pulled the trigger at one point, but the gun did not fire.

He said he noticed the pair got out of a black four-door sedan that was driven by a third black male. This vehicle was left in the intersection of 3rd Avenue and 33rd Street as they took off in the victim's car.

East Ridge Police found the trio sitting in the victim's car sitting behind the Miller residence.

A search of the vehicle turned up a loaded silver 38 revolver under the front seat where Foster had been sitting. The victim's cell phone was found in the car.

All three gave conflicting accounts of how they wound up in the victim's car.

Police said they have video showing the three in the car earlier that day than when they said they found it behind the East Ridge house.
