Two men on Hamilton County's Top 12 Most Wanted List have been taken into custody.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office announced that Mickey Eugene McClure has been arrested by sheriff’s deputies.
McClure was placed on the list on July 13 with the following felony warrants: theft of property over $10,000; auto theft; failing to appear in court on charges of initiating process to manufacture methamphetamines; promoting the manufacture of meth; and felony theft.
Chattanooga Police have arrested Lorenzo Jarrett Jr., 38, who has been on the Hamilton County 12 Most Wanted list since June 24.
Chattanooga Police responded to the report of an assault in the 2000 block of Emma Kate Drive. The victim told police that Jarrett had assaulted him earlier in the day but he declined to press charges against him.
After confirming the warrants for Jarrett, Chattanooga Police officers located him at a home on the same street. Jarrett resisted arrest. However, Chattanooga Police officers were able to take him into custody.
In addition to the outstanding warrants, Jarrett was charged with resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
Jarrett had outstanding warrants for: probation violation - domestic assault; probation violation - habitual traffic offender (three counts), probation violation - failure to appear and violation of the Sex Offender Registry.
Both are incarcerated at the county jail.
