Grady Herbert Mooney, 72, of Dalton, Georgia, died on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at the local hospital.
Grady was born February 24, 1943 to the late Mr. Grady Mooney and Elvie McClure Mooney in Gilmer County.
Mr. Grady Herbert Mooney is survived by his wife of 51 years, Pasty Marie Mooney; daughter, Pamela Payne; son, Chris Mooney both of Dalton; brother, Jerry and Diane Mooney of Eton, GA; sisters, Hester Crooke, Edith and Grady Crooke, both of Ellijay, GA, Evelyn and Chuck Tillman, of Atlanta and Connie and Gary Isaacson of Eton, GA; grandchildren, Baleigh Payne Cook, Kelsey Payne and Drew Stewart; and great-grandchild, Kain Stewart.
The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel on Monday June 29, from 5-8 p.m.
Ponders Melrose Chapel, Dalton, has charge of the arrangements.
