James Daniel "Goose" Goolesby, 31, of Ooltewah, died suddenly on Saturday, May 2, 2015.
He was a member of Carpenters Local 74 since 2008 and was a graduate of Ooltewah High School Class of 2002. He was a member of Mountain View Christain Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Goolesby, grandparents, Frank and Irene Goolesby and Bob and Carol McCoy.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Gary and Teresa Lewis of Ooltewah; sisters, Stephne Goolesby of Rainsville, Al., Tiffany Goolesby of Lakesite, Tn., Jesssica Powell, of Dunedin, Fl., Kymberly Gibson and Lyndsay Lewis, both of Cleveland, Jaqui Lewis; and brother, Frank Edward Lewis II of Ooltewah; several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, at the chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Minister Richard Barr Offficiating. Burial will be private.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
