Report Says Kambo Caused Deadly Truck Wreck In Cleveland

The Tennessee Highway Patrol concluded that a tractor-trailer driven by Joseph Kambo caused a deadly wreck in Cleveland on Friday.  

Billy Whaley, 69, died in the crash on APD40.  The report says the Whaley semi was turning right onto Goldstar Drive when it was struck by the Kambo truck.  

The Whaley tractor-trailer caught fire after rolling down an embankment.
