Teenager Shot On North Germantown Road Sunday Afternoon Succumbs To Injuries

A teenager was shot and Sunday afternoon on North Germantown Road.

 

At approximately 4:56 p.m., the Chattanooga Police Department responded to 825 N.

Germantown Road for a person shot. Officers located a juvenile male victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

 

The victim was transported by HCEMS to a local hospital for possible life-threatening injuries. He later succumbed to those injuries.

 

Investigators are processing the scene at this time.

 

Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this crime to call 423 698-2525

 

The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
