Lloyd Blackwell
Rev. Lloyd L. (Boddie) Blackwell, 72, of Chattanooga, died on March 24, 2015.
A lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Rev. Blackwell was a Minister of the Gospel for 45 years. He was a retired carpenter and a member of Terra Vista Baptist Church.
Survivors are his wife of 50 years, Stella Oliver Blackwell; son, Keith (Christy) Blackwell; brother, James L. Blackwell all of Chattanooga; sisters, Jean Tipton and Gladys Sims, both of Fort Oglethorpe; two precious grandsons, Carter and Matthew Blackwell; and many special nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 28, at 11 a.m. in the chapel with Reverend Jeff Howell and Reverend Gurney Beard officiating. Burial will be private.
