Jake Wyrick
The Tennessee Community College Athletic Association (TCCAA) named Cleveland State's Jake Wryick pitcher of the week.
Wyrick earned the award for his complete game two hit shut out performance at Cougar Field this past Sunday against Southwest Tennessee CC.
He struck out 11 batters leading the Cougars to a 6-0 victory.
Wyrick is scheduled to pitch again this Friday at Chattanooga State CC in the first of a three game conference series with first pitch scheduled for 2 p.m.
