Carter Charged With Statutory Rape

Curtis Orlando Carter has been indicted by the Hamilton County Grand Jury for statutory rape.

Carter, 34, of 2519B Woodfin Ave., is charged with two counts of statutory rape by an authority figure and two counts of sexual battery by authority figure.

The case was investigated by the Red Bank Police Department.

The indictment says the victim was under the age of 13.
