Raymond Lyle Arrested For Attempted 1st-Degree Murder Of Justin Allen

Raymond Arthur Lyle III
Detectives with the Hamilton County Sheriff Office arrested Raymond Arthur Lyle III on Tuesday for the attempted first-degree murder of Justin Allen, 19.

The arrest came after a three-week investigation into what was originally reported as an accidental shooting at 6612 Wauconda Point, Harrison. The shooting occurred on Nov. 16.

Lyle was booked into the Hamilton County Jail on Tuesday. His bail is set at $225,000.

The victim, Justin Allen, has been released from the hospital.
