Toney Given 46 Months In Federal Prison On Cocaine Charge

Martin "GT" Toney was ordered to serve 46 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to a charge of selling cocaine.

He appeared before Federal Judge Sandy Mattice.

Chattanooga Police on June 11, 2014, conducted a traffic stop on a 2006 black Jeep Commander that Toney was driving. During the stop, officers located a plastic bag containing approximately 13.32 grams of crack cocaine in a clear plastic bag in the door panel.

At the same time, there was a search of Toney's home. Officers there located a large plastic bag containing almost 100 grams of crack, a digital scale, two loaded firearms and drug paraphernalia.

One of the guns was reported stolen.
