Hutcheson Medical Center Trustee Says City Of Chickamauga Set To Buy Chickamauga Clinic

The trustee for the Hutcheson Medical Center bankruptcy said the city of Chickamauga will now be buying the hospital's Chickamauga Clinic rather than the Walker County Development Authority.

The price is $350,000.

Trustee Ronald Glass said the closing is set for next Tuesday at the office of the Minor, Bell and Neal law firm in Dalton.

Hutcheson Medical Center, which is in the process of closing, earlier shut down the Chickamauga Clinic as a cost-saving measure.
