  • Tuesday, January 6, 2015

The Middle Valley section is expected to get a Walmart Neighborhood Market.

Polestar Development, which had earlier applications for the downsized Walmarts, has an application at Thrasher Pike and Middle Valley Road.

The grocery would have 41,117 square feet and would be adjacent to a fuel center with six pump islands.

The 7.87-acre site is at the southeast corner of the intersection.

Four homes are now at the site.

Ganns Middle Valley Elementary is nearby.

The RPA staff is recommending approval for the rezoning.
