The Hamilton County Sheriff's office has located a teenager who had been missing for several weeks.
On Dec.15, 2014, Izabella Smith, 17, five feet tall, and 90 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair, was reported as a missing person and as a runaway from the Harrison community. Her guardian had been concerned for her safety and asked for the public's help in locating her.
