Forest Cove Apartment Holds Grand Opening

Forest Cove Apartments held its grand opening in Chattanooga last Thursday.

Approximately 50 people attended the grand opening and ribbon cutting of the first phase of Forest Cove Apartments, a Housing Trust Group development.

Forest Cove is a 120-unit luxury resort-style apartment community in Chattanooga with a variety of novel features, including upscale amenities, lush greenery and park space, garages and a well-developed discount program for renters with local retailers. 

Forest Cove Apartments offer one-bedroom units starting at $850/month and two-bedroom units starting $999/month. Phase 1 units range in size from 750 square feet for one bedroom units to 1,136 square feet for two bedroom units.?
