Catoosa County Arrest Report For March 2-8

During the week of March 2-8, officers and detectives answered 1,373 calls, according to Sheriff Phil Summers of the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office. 62 were booked on a total of 117 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,373 calls, the following felony arrests were made:

Carl William Burnsed, age 20, of 228 W. Nickajack Road Ringgold, GA was arrested March 02, 2012 for Manufacturing an Explosive Device. Burnsed was released on $5,000 bond.

Timothy Dean Guinn, age 50, of 141 Pine Street Ringgold, GA was arrested March 03, 2012 for Entering an Automobile, Criminal Trespass and Hold for Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, TN. No bond has been set. Guinn remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Sharon Sue Jackson, age 56, of 144 Old Lakeview Drive Rossville, GA was arrested March 03, 2012 for Theft by Shoplifting. Jackson was released on$2,500 bond.

James Wilson Kittle, age 63, of 229 Tennessee Street Ringgold, GA was arrested March 03, 2012 for Issuance of Bad Checks. Kittle was released on $1,500 bond.

Dellon Tyler Ward, age 25, of 1137 Hwy 11 Rising Fawn, GA was arrested march 03, 2012 for Theft by Taking. Ward was released on $5,000 bond.

Sherry Ann Cuzzort, age 36, of 827 Fairmount Avenue Signal Mountain, TN was arrested March 05, 2012 for a Probation Violation. Cuzzort was sentenced and released.

Thomas William Moran, age 45, of 804 Glenn Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested March 05, 2012 for Burglary and Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Moran remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michelle Leigh Pratt, age 30, of 3037 Smith Springs Antioch, TN was arrested March 05, 2012 for Burglary, Possession of Schedule II Drugs and a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Pratt remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Alan Hunter Webster, age 17, of 75 Harbour Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested March 05, 2012 for Burglary. Webster was released on $5,000 bond.

Tony Dewayne Wood, age 59, of 12565 Hwy 41 Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested March 05, 2012 for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Wood was released on $5,000 bond.

Peter Jon Atkins, age 37, of 106 Owens Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested March 06, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Atkins remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Clarence Eugene Blount, age 31, of 106 Rain Tree Lane Chattanooga, TN was arrested March 06, 2012 for Sale of Schedule II Drugs and Use of a Communication Facility in Committing or Facilitating a Felony. No bond has been set. Blount remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Corey Vern Carter, age 21, of 911 Carline Road Rossville, GA was arrested March 06, 2012 for two counts of Aggravated Assault, two counts of Battery, three counts of Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree and Obstruction of a 911 Call. Bond has been set at $12,500. Carter remains incarcerated at CCDC.

James Eric Elliott, age 28, of 45 Cubine Road Apt. 7 Flintstone, GA was arrested March 06, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Elliott remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Lynn Maria Wright, age 46, of 4033 Knollwood Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested March 06, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Wright remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Anita Davis Helton, age 39, of 32 Deer Trail Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested March 07, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Helton remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Anthony Mitchell Reece, age 39, of 110 Dorris Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested March 07, 2012 for Unauthorized Order of a Controlled Substance and a Hold for Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, TN. Bond has been set at $5,000. Reece remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Autumn Danielle Lynch, age 31, of 451 Indian Springs Ringgold, GA was arrested March 08, 2012 for a Bench Warrant for Burglary. No bond has been set. Lynch remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Eric Leroy Miller, age 26, of 934 Nellie Head Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested March 08, 2012 for Forgery 1st Degree. Miller was released on $3,500 bond.

Takeysha Nicole Nerren, age 31, of 3 Williams Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested March 08, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Nerren remains incarcerated at CCDC.

John Jowane Stephens, age 30, of 56 Dawn Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested March 08, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Stephens remains incarcerated at CCDC.
