Buddy Nix Eyed As Falcons General Manager

Former UTC Moc football coach Buddy Nix is being eyed as the general manager for the Atlanta Falcons, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported.

Nix is currently the assistant general manager for the San Diego Chargers.

The newspaper said the Falcons might hire former Chargers coach Marty Schottenheimer as their next head coach.

Nix has been with the Chargers since 2001 when he was named director of player personnel.
