A/AA
Brainerd's Victor Powell took the individual region crown with a time of 16:46, 21 seconds in front of Joseph Goetz from CCS. CCS took the region title with five top ten finishes. Clay Warner of Grace finished fourth.
In the girls A/AA race, CCS took 5 out of the top ten spots to win the region crown. CCS's Suzanne Walker finished the race in 19:46 almost one minute ahead of Colledgedale's Denise Tonsberg.
AAA
Lauren Tyree finished first for the Bradley Central Bears in the AAA girls race. Soddy-Daisy was the team to claim first thanks to Amy Lankford and Diana Barbeauld who took third and fourth place individually.
Jeff Taylor also from Bradley finished first in a close race with Micah Barnwell from Cumberland who finished only five seconds behind the winner. Taylor led his team to a first-place finish.
