June Griffin Turned Away From Rhea County Voting Place Over Proper ID

Thursday, August 02, 2012

Christian and 10 Commandments activist June Griffin said she was turned away from a Rhea County polling place on Thursday for lack of a proper ID.

She said, "In their zeal to insure legitimate voters and adhere to the new election rules, I - a well-known Patriot and Christian - was turned away from my voting place at Garrison Baptist Church for lack of proper identification.

"Though I had a picture ID as chaplain of the city of Gallaway, Tn., and a picture ID issued by Sen. Jesse Helms and the United States Government when I represented  God and the Bible at the Millennial Religious Summit, and few at the polls didn't know who I was in person, after phone calls to election officials, I assume in Nashville, I was told I couldn't vote.

"We have some of the most ludicrous laws, most of which emanate from the Department of Safety. For example, in order to secure a grant from Health and Human Services in 1996, under Title 42 USC 666, this Department succumbed to the condition that one could not work, hunt, fish or drive without giving a social security number.  I don't suppose the fish care whether
you have a social security number of not, but the Department of Safety bought into this colossal scheme and many citizens of integrity who do not want their Number on license applications have been persecuted and driven out of society, so to speak

"Later I phoned the District Attorney's office to ask about the old law regarding being 'on your own cognizance,' but he never phoned me back. The whole atmosphere in the voting place was entirely stupid. Here are folks that know me on a first name basis, yet they are to insult common
sense by being required to ask for ID beyond reasonable proof that I am what and who I am. Many illegals were given driver's license under this 42 USC 666 and Gov. Sundquist's executive order so I assume when they show their ID, they will sail on through to vote for more rules against the citizen.

"Samuel Adams said that truth  appeals to common sense and certainly common sense is not an attribute of the Dept. of Safety, to say nothing of the tyrannical Health and Human Services who wield the tax purse to have their way.

"Of course, as it was under the German tyranny, everyone was just "doing their job" and therefore weren't guilty of forbidding me to vote. In the words of the Saviour, it must needs be that offenses come, but woe to that man by whom they come."
